It is said we make between 12,000 and 60,000 thoughts every day and the majority of these are negative. And then we wonder why we create negative things in our life – including our health.

 

All those negative thoughts are classed as affirmations – self-talk that does not help us at all. So the purpose of this page is to get you thinking positively more often. It’s not about glossing over and thinking that if only we would be positive then all of life is fine. It takes commitment from which you can reap great rewards. Positive thinking means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. You think the best is going to happen, not the worst.
