Consider Personal Life Coaching
A typical programme of personal coaching will consist of four to six (or perhaps
more) one-hour Skype sessions spread over three to six months. Working by
Skype is highly effective and cost efficient.
Different coaches will offer different services for different reasons and use
different methodologies. So if you are considering coaching do your research,
find out about their approach and whether you must have a minimum number
of sessions. Ask questions, listen to your intuition, do you and your possible
coach resonate with each other?

It is unwise, I believe, to try to compartmentalise things too much and your issues or
reasons for seeking help could cover a wide canvas. If you imagine an iceberg, you may
approach me thinking your issue is what you know and see ie the tip of the iceberg.
In reality the cause and means to deal with your issue are often found in the depths of
the lower portion, the part below the surface. As such, sometimes the reasons why we
don't do or do things, is often outside our awareness.

That said, I’m not impressed by job titles; as Maya Angelou once said, “I’ve learned that making a ‘living’ is not the same thing as making a ‘life.’” So whatever your title, it tells me little about you the person, and if it is regarding work, where you trained, how long ago, how current your knowledge and experience are, how you are as a being, what you aspire to, and if so why, and why you’re holding yourself back from becoming the best version of you possible.
I work in many ways - holistically, spiritually, and metaphysically, led by Spirit and Soul. I can draw from the philosophies of : -
Functional medicine (which addresses cause, not just symptom) By shifting the traditional disease-centered focus of medical practice to a more patient-centered approach, functional medicine addresses the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms.
Gestalt – a relational theory developed in the 1940s by Fritz Perls, which states that each person is a whole (mind, body and soul) and that self-awareness is key to personal growth and developing full potential. It recognises that self-awareness can become blocked by negative thoughts and behaviour that can leave people feeling dissatisfied, unfulfilled, and unhappy.
Integrative medicine - bridging the gap between the allopathic (ie conventional medicine) and holistic (eg complimentary, alternative, Ayurvedic, Chinese, and Shamanic approaches)
Intuitive medicine – whilst a conventional doctor focusses on symptoms, relies completely on logic and physical tests to make a diagnosis and treat the patient, a medical intuitive relies on his “reading” of the patient’s energy, as well as his understanding of the mind-body connection. I do not diagnose.
Lifestyle medicine
Metaphysics – simplistically, how thoughts and attitudes influence our bodies—for both health and illness.
Nutritional medicine - which is at the root of so many health challenges and conditions
Psychoneuroimmunology – lovely big word which simply means the influence of emotional states (such as stress) and your nervous system activities and how they affect your immune function especially in relation to the onset and progression of disease ie simplistically, what’s going on in your mind affects what’s going on in your body
Spirituality – yours, not mine – meditation, prayer and guidance from the sacred source! I encourage and support you to find your own way!
Transactional analysis – (or TA for short) a model of people and relationships, developed in the 1960s by Dr. Eric Berne, based on two notions:- 1) that we have three parts or 'ego-states' to our personality, and 2) that these converse with one another in 'transactions' (hence the name).
