We collect information from you when you use the Contact Form on this site, invite me to perform a ceremony – marriage, funeral, or child naming – or make any other request of me.

 

If you invite me to perform a ceremony, you will be asked to supply information on a questionnaire. This is deleted one month after the ceremony date.

 

When ordering a service via the Contact Form or via e-mail, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number.  Any payment transactions you will be invited to make directly to my bank.

In instances where this lawful basis is not sufficient and explicit consent is required, representative will contact you to establish your consent. The Contact Us form used on this website contains your name and email address.  When receiving your name and email address by use of the Contact Us form, we do not store or add your name or email address to our direct mailing list. We do not have a direct mailing list.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 16 years of age, determined by the legal age for marriage in Scotland. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 16 years old or older.
